The JK optimize and shorten the wheelbase on the Pioneer (EX86110) platform, with the chassis structure basically unchanged. The CJ wheelbase is adjusted to 285mm, and the front bumper adopts metal anti-crash design. The winch mounting hole is reserved, which could realize the non-destructive installation. The rear part of JK is equipped with a full-size spare tire. The whole car employ ball bearings, C-shaped steel beam chassis, and front and rear axle locking spools. The steering arm is designed with a high-position tie rod, which is matched with CVA steering of a high-strength ball cage, and can achieve a super-large steering angle of 41 degrees. Later on, an aluminium alloy upgrade steering arm with a 45-degree steering angle will be introduced by the factory. The JK have the motor front-mounted design, and split transmission and deceleration system. The main gear of the reducer comes with the slipper design, and the gears of the transmission system are all high-strength powder alloy gears, which solve the problem of teeth sweeping under the condition of super-strong resistance load. JK is still in RTR version for the players, equipped with 17T RC550 super-strong torque motor, RGT-60A waterproof ESC, 15KG high-torque waterproof servo, and 7.2V 2000MAH NiMH battery. The 4-channel remote controller is specially designed for Crawler, supporting the third channel control the light switch, and the fourth channel control the winch retracting.
The chassis design is simple and clear, pursuing the rationality and convenience. To provide more practical and convenient for player, the wiring slot on the ESC installation Box and the Receiver Box are very special and easy for the player to add light lines and winch lines in future.

 The front steering system uses CVD structure, to increase the steering angle which is positive Ackerman angle.
 The transmission system use the reverse drive design, that is, a set of reverse gear set is added to the central transfer case, then the driveshaft connected to the front and rear gear case can rotate in different directions. The reverse drive can reduce the axle effect, and solve the overall balance, foot-lifting, head-u, roller over and so on.
Compared with the previous models, all gears on V2 are equipped with metal steel teeth.

New front and rear bumper.  The new competition version is equipped with winch and hook, showing more gorgeous and realistic.  

New wheel shape and new MT tire. The new tire increases the width and tread depth, then the climbing performance is totally improved. And the wheel in titanium gold is more realistic.

Link design. The links on V2 increase the bending angle, to avoid obstacles under the chassis when climbing.
