Compatible with 99% of the parts from the original HPI Baja 5B. Unlike the original, Rovan has pre-installed a 45cc 4-bolt petrol engine with a Dominator style tuned steel exhaust pipe for that extra power 17% more that all enthusiasts looking for!

In addition to the increased power, Rovan made the drive shafts 33% larger, installed an Aluminium Clutch mount, Steel Roll cage, Sway bars, MX Rear Tyres, NGK Spark plug, Walbro Carburettor and a 45kg Steering Servo, upgraded Pinion gear  to handle the ultimate racing challenges and sheer driving pleasure!!!

To power, this huge 1/5 RC car is this massive 45cc 4-bolt engine with an NGK CMR7H spark plug & a Walbro Carburettor to give you the best performance and reliability.

Pre-installed steel tuned exhaust pipe increases the performance by 17%! This pipe has a crisp note that adds attitude to your Baja.

Just like a high-performance dirt bike, this beast grips its terrain with these extreme motor cross tyres!

Rovan has drastically improved the steering power of the Baja 5B with a whole new servo that has metal gears and outputs 45kg of torque!

Drive with precision with the FlySky GT3B transmitter! Featuring an LCD display, 3 channel, 10 model memory, servo end points. Also, the included receiver has a built in fail-safe so if something does happen to the signal (like a flat battery) the car will just roll to a stop.

The Rovan & HPI Baja 5B is 99% which means when you're purchasing a replacement part you'll have the option of purchasing a Rovan or a genuine HPI. On top of that, most of the aftermarket parts such as RPM RC will fit also.

• Petrol
• 2 Stroke Oil (Castrol or similar 25:1 Ratio = 40ml of Oil to 1 litre of Unleaded fuel)
• 8 AA Batteries

Note before and during use:-

• Please apply oil to Air filter foam with an approved oil prior to driving to prevent engine damage
• Ensure the on car battery is fully charged prior to every use
• Ensure you turn the Radio Transmitter On first and turn the Car power switch On second when starting and turn the Car power Off first and Transmitter Off second when turning off.  This is to avoid the car going on its own when starting or turning off to avoid injury and damage
• Use 25:1 ratio 2 Stroke Oil mixed with 91 or 95 Octane fuel (40mm of oil to 1 litre of fuel or 200ml of oil to 5 litres of fuel)
• Use only good quality 1.5v Alkaline batteries in the remote. Never use rechargeable batteries and
  
• Always turn the Radio Transmitter 'On' first before starting the Car and ensure the Car is turned 'Off' first before switching the Transmitter off to avoid the car going on its own and causing injury or damage
• Ensure all wheel nuts are tightened and check all suspension bolts and components before every drive
